Singer and Reality TV Star Tamar Braxton Herbert released via Instagram the New Album Cover Art Work for her upcoming album "Love and War" today. Tamar looks absolutely fierce on her Album Cover we must add. Tamar has been very busy lately and her hard work has been paying off. The new mommy has 2 hit reality TV shows; "Braxton Family Values" and "Tamar and Vince", a new talk show "The Real", and a new album set to release September 3, 2013.
